Automating the creation of requests

With the right configuration and a simple redirect rule, requests received by email can be automatically created in the tool.

Contents of this documentation:

Add an email address to the whitelist

1. In Right Requests>GDPR Email, enter the email address concerned by the transfer of requests;

2. Click Add;

Transferring GDPR requests

1. Make sure that the email account that transfers the request is whitelisted;

2. In the Right Requests > GDOR Email screen, copy the address of the GDPR Email field by clicking the icon;

3. From your mailbox, forward the request to the copied address;

4. In the Right Requests> List of requests screen, view the forwarded request that appears at the top of the list;
