Joining an organisation

You have received an invitation by email and you want to access the organisation

If you do not yet have a user account on the platform

Create an account on the platform

When you click on the invitation link:

  1. Click Accept Invitation;

  2. Enter your password in the account creation screen. The password must contain at least 8 characters, one upper case, one lower case and one number;

  3. Confirm your password;

  4. Validate the reCaptcha;

  5. Click Create Account;

 

Join the organisation

  1. Then enter your surname and first names, as they will appear in the application for you and for the other members;

  2. Click Validate;

  3. Enter the temporary decryption key that was sent to you;

  4. Enter a new key to decrypt the organisation's data;

  5. Confirm your decryption key;

  6. Click on the organisation;

  7. Validate;

 

You already have a user account on the platform

When you click on the invitation link:

  1. Click Accept Invitation;

  2. If you are not already logged in, enter your password in the login screen, click Login;

  3. On the confirmation message, click Continue;

  4. Click on the organisation;

  5. Enter the temporary decryption key that was sent to you;

  6. Enter a new key to decrypt the organisation's data;

  7. Confirm your decryption key;

  8. Validate;
