Presentation of the tool
The Fair & Smart Platform offers a GDPR request management tool: "Right Requests". It enables companies to centralise the requests for the exercise of rights addressed to them by individuals within the framework of the GDPR and to monitor their proper processing, within the time limits set, with the generation and archiving of the necessary elements. The solution includes:
the setting up a backoffice for managing requests
the timestamp of all messages exchanged in connection with a request
the monitoring of "current" and "archived" requests
secure and geolocalised storage of documents attached to a request
the integration of external scanned documents
the provision of secure file exchange areas for documents which are too large or which contain sensitive data
the follow-up of all the actions carried out in connection with a request.
the management of authentication and identification
the configuration of roles and authorised actions for each user
Fair & Smart's "Right Requests" GDPR request management tool allows you to manage all types of GDPR requests (access, portability, erasure, opposition, limitation, rectification). It offers fully customisable response templates.
The client remains solely responsible for its choice of response method and the personal data that it may be required to provide (nature, format, completeness, etc.)
