Inviting a member of my organisation

The invitation to join the organisation is made by a user with "Manage Employees" permission.

  1. Access the list of the organisation's employees in the Configuration >Employees menu;

  2. Click Invite a member;

  3. Enter the email address of the future user and select the role(s) of the future user;

  4. Click Invite;

  5. Send the user the temporary password to access the organisation generated by the system for their first login.

Cancelling an invitation

An invitation may be cancelled if it has not been accepted by the member.

  1. Access the list of the organisation's employees in the Configuration >Employees menu;

  2. In the list of current invitations, click on the cross;
