The user can access the offers subscribed to and offered by Fair&Smart, consult their invoices and manage their means of payment.

See the offers to which my organisation has subscribed

Click on Configuration > Offer

Each product is represented by an icon and the name of the proposed offer. The subscription status is displayed:

  1. If you have subscribed to an offer, the text "Service active" is displayed;

  2. If you are testing the offer (limited functionality), the text: "Service under evaluation" is displayed;

  3. If you have not subscribed to the offer, the text "Service inactive" is displayed;

Subscribing to an offer

You will need your billing information and a credit card.

  1. Click on Configuration > Offer;

  2. Choose the product and click on Subscribe to an offer;

Consulting your invoices

  1. Click on Configuration > Offer;

  2. Click on Your Invoices;

The invoices made available can be opened with Acrobat Reader.

Changing payment information

  1. Click on Configuration > Offer;

  2. Click on Payment Information;

  3. Click on Update;

  4. Enter the credit card information;

  5. Click Validate;
