You can write a response to a request in several times using the "Draft" feature.

This feature also allows several contributors to participate in the preparing a response before the final sending.

Lifecycle of drafts

Creating a draft

  1. Select the request to respond to;

  2. Click Respond or Request an extension or Reject the request or Request information as appropriate;

  3. Start writing the response;

  4. To save the response without sending it (save the draft), click on the icon; 💾

Viewing saved drafts

  1. Select the request to respond to;

  2. Consult the list of saved drafts in the "List of exchanges">Drafts section which appears above the exchanges made with the sender of the request;

Modifying a draft

  1. Click on the draft to be modified;

  2. Make the necessary modifications (test, attachments);

  3. Click Save to save the changes or Send to validate the sending of the response;

Deleting a draft

  1. Click on the draft to be modified;

  2. Click on the icon; 🗑

  3. A popup appears. Click Delete to confirm the deletion of the draft;
