From the list of consent templates (Configuration > Consent forms), select the template to be used to generate the consent form;
In the Actions column, click on Link;
Fill in the collection parameters:
the identifier of the user concerned by the consent;
the callback URL: URL address to which you will be redirected after entering the consent form;
the optout email: if desired, specify the email address to which an email confirming consent will be sent and which contains a link to the form for modifying consent;
Display or not of a consent receipt;
the language in which the form is displayed;
Add any additional user information;
Add any additional information on the context. e.g. place of collection, event, source application,These elements will be searchable in the consent database;
Validate to display the consent collection form;

On the menu, click Right Consents > Consent register;

Finding a consent
By default, the list of consents shows all the consents collected;
You can refine this list by clicking on the button ;
It is possible to filter consents:
by consent template: each template is assigned a serial number which can be entered;
collected since a given date;
by consenting party;
Once you have entered your criteria, click Apply to launch the search;
